Sandra Ashenfelter
The family and friends of Sandra Carroll Ashenfelter from Audubon, New Jersey are sadden to announce her passing on September 2, 2023, at the age of 73.
Sandra (Sandal), daughter of Herbert and Florence Carroll, was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She grew up in Cherry Hill, New Jersey where she attended Cherry Hill High School West.
Sandal was best known as a kind and loving person with many passions such as; knitting, quilting, gardening, traveling, and compassion for animals.
She is survived by her long term companion Patricia Lyons and faithful dog Ziva, her son Richard Ashenfelter (dorkson) and daughter-in-law Jennifer O’Leary, her grand-pups Meekie and Ona, devoted friend Karen Lackey; former spouse Joseph Ashenfelter, sister-in-law Ann Riviello, niece Tracy Sosa, nephews Bill Riviello and Neil Carroll; cousins Jeffery and Gina Kozek, Hank and Carol Kozek, Phyllis Tubis Knight, JoAnne Warren Long, and Ronald A. Warren.
Services: Relatives and friends are invited to the chapel for her Viewing and Visitation on Monday, September 11, 2023, beginning at 2:00 PM
