Richard Weiner

Richard Weiner, 77, of Washington Township New Jersey, formerly of South West Philadelphia passed away on March 20th 2023. He passed peacefully surrounded by his loved ones. Richard was predeceased by his parents John and Francis (nee Stoller), and his son-in-law Philip. He is survived by his loving wife Kathleen (nee Ioquinto), His daughter Jennifer and son Louis. His brothers Stephen, Robert, and sister Laurie. His brother-in-laws James, John, Anthony, Roy and sister-in-law Maria (Joseph). His beloved grandchildren Marissa (Thomas), Philip (Jessica), and his great grandchildren Alaina and Philip III. Richard also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Richard was a proud member of the Jewish faith. He was an Army Veteran who fought in the Vietnam War. He was a successful businessman who made his name in the luxury furniture industry. His family and friends that knew him best would agree that he was an honest and loving man who would never hesitate to help out friends and strangers alike. He lived a wonderfully fulfilled life, built upon a loving family of whom he was a natural patriarch. He will forever be missed by those who loved him as his commitment and presence can never be replaced.

Relatives and friends are invited Friday March 24th beginning 10:30 am to Platt Memorial Chapel, 2001 Haddonfield-Berlin Rd, Cherry Hill, NJ 08003. Funeral services will begin promptly at 11:00 am. Burial services to follow at the Gloucester County Veterans Memorial Cemetery located at 240 N Tuckahoe Road, Williamstown NJ 08094.
