February 26, 2023. Husband of the late Mary Diamond. Father of Susan (Greg) Gullo, Mary (Pat) Condurso, Bernadette (Bob) Costello, Charles (Dianne) Smith, Ron (Denise) Smith, Bob (Sharron) Smith and the late John Smith. He will also be missed by his many grandchildren, great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild, nieces and nephews. Herb was pre-deceased by his sister and 3 brothers.

Relatives and friends are invited Thursday, March 2nd beginning 10:30 am to PLATT MEMORIAL CHAPELS, Inc. 2001 Berlin Road, Cherry Hill, NJ where funeral services will begin promptly at 11:00 am. The funeral will also be live streamed on plattmemorial.com. Interment will follow the services at Mt. Sharon Cemetery in Springfield, PA.
